Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by HOA Crimes Consultant ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

HOA Crimes Consultant provides educational support, case assessments, and strategic insight for homeowners concerned about potential HOA misconduct. We are not a law firm, government agency, or private investigation service. Our services are intended to offer non-legal, good-faith guidance to help clients understand their options before pursuing legal or official action.

2. Fees & Payment Policy

All consultation fees, document review services, and other offerings are pre-paid and non-refundable.

  • Pricing will be clearly disclosed prior to booking.
  • No portion of any service fee is contingent on outcome, result, or satisfaction.
  • By submitting payment, you confirm understanding and acceptance of these terms.

3. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

We reserve the right to dispute and pursue all chargebacks. Attempting to reverse a valid payment without cause will be considered a breach of this agreement.

We will provide documentation, call records, and any submitted materials to dispute invalid chargebacks with banks and payment processors. Continued misuse may result in referral to collections or further legal action.

4. No Legal Advice or Representation

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal representation, legal filings, or legal advice. Any assessments, written summaries, or strategy suggestions are for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.

5. No Private Investigations

We are not licensed private investigators. While we may assist in reviewing documents or guiding research, we do not perform surveillance, access restricted databases, or impersonate law enforcement or state agencies.

6. Client Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate, complete information to the best of your ability. You are solely responsible for any legal decisions or filings made based on the information we provide.

7. Confidentiality

We will treat your personal information and case details with discretion and respect. However, confidentiality is not protected under attorney-client privilege. Please do not submit highly sensitive personal or legal information.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice. In such cases, previously paid services will be honored or transferred where feasible.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from services provided shall be resolved in accordance with Florida law in the appropriate jurisdiction.
